Acceptable stay
The staff demonstrated friendliness. They asked if the normal check-out time suited my schedule. upon learning about my new role as a grandfather, staff presented a soft toy whale as a gift. This was unexpected. I consider this a good sign of attention to detail.
During my visit, a miscommunication about my reservation created stress. This included some humiliating actions. The hotel manager tried to resolve it, but the handling fell short of expectations.
